The PCSA Annual Meeting is an exclusive learning opportunity interspersed with networking, activities, and free time over four days each February. The 2026, 2027, and 2028 meetings will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel at Ko Olina, an exceptional location with beautiful meeting space, beach access, and plentiful quiet luxury for guests.
For those bringing young family members, we encourage you to utilize our rooms at the Disney Alani next to the Four Seasons (just steps away to the annual meeting). Rooms at the Alani offer an affordable and filled with fun activities for young guests. Pools, Disney character experiences, beach access, and more will create a memorable stay for families.
The 2025 meeting will take place in the Four Seasons, with additional lodging is available just feet away at the Disney Aulani.

*Presidential Reception: This year's Presidential Reception on Saturday evening is an indoor seated event. Business attire requested; cocktail attire encouraged. Members are free; families are welcome to attend for an additional ticket price. Children under 12 years of age are welcome to join our childcare program free of charge.
